Shiki Nanaya (me) vs Rugal_E (Lv5 AI)

Well, with a vast update Rugal_E has received by his own creator, Rugal_E, he's been changed a lot but still retains a new generation fighter feel and intentionally doesn't play like a source game Rugal.

Anyways, I will admit he's a hell lot better than before, perhaps 10x better than ever, and has some solid combo game he still suffers a small bit of problems, though not too hard to fix but is neccesary nontheless.

As first noted Rugal_E is suppost to play like a Psuedo Guilty Gear gameplay so he has high amounts of combo chaining and damaging Supers. Though those are some good stuff I will point out a few small things that can be easily fixed. First off Rugal_E mimics a GG game mechanic where he can gain energy by walking... However I believe I was told in GG you gain energy extremely slow when you walk you are better off using rapid fire light punches. But Rugal_E gains energy a little way too fast for just walking. He can fill his bars all the way to Lv3 in no time.

That kinda makes it a bit broken when he has an easy to use Alpha Counter, one that can be chained into, that takes like around 700 Power. Most counters use 1000 Power. This kinda makes it a bit cheap when he can gain energy incredibly fast as well as his game mechanic type alone.

Final issue that can be a small fix made easy is that giving an unblcokable aerial attack doesn't work too well with new generation mechanics, which takes a lot of battle within air itself... And even then I think it's still kind of cheap, even for a KoF character, to have any air unblockable attack and be able to block in mid-air itself.... This just refers to Genocide Cutter and nothing else really.

Despite these small problems Rugal_E is a lot more decent now and I can see him getting even better in is next few updates. Also I fought him on Lv5 AI, Lv6 and Lv7 being his intentionally cheating AIs.

Strangely no... In fact I seldomly use him though I will agree he does have crappy damage dampeners.

It's why it's better to play source games that are no MvC2.... Mugen is too custimizable you can have all kinds of unfair stuff.
