The St. Olaf Music Department purchased a number of pianos for its new studio and practice space that opened in early 2012. Fifteen of the instruments were gathered in Urness Recital Hall, where nearly 30 pianists got together to find out how they'd sound all at once (without rehearsing).
A rousing "Um! Yah! Yah!" (the St. Olaf fight song) follows "St. Anthony Chorale" by F.J. Haydn.
