The true reality is Parsons Ave area is horrible unless you are a druglord or in one of the gangs there. I can tell you about a guy that was shot and killed 2 doors down from the very house in this video. I can show you where my friend was shot and killed on his front porch 2 streets over. I can show you where I HAD to fight with 5th Street Wrecking Crew gang members MANY times growing up because I refused to join a gang at all. That sir, is the reality of your "nice" neighborhood.

I'm sorry to hear of your negative view of Parsons.
We renovate houses and make them look good. On top of that we find good tenants who are law abiding citizens and pay taxes. I don't think they would agree with you either.
I go to community meetings in the areas that I own houses as well. Thats something not many landlords do, but its my responsibility. From this I know your reality of Parsons and my reality of Parsons are very different.
