To bad u bought there cheapest model.They make 8 models of which 5 of them have pumps with no noise. I personally have there i10 model which I could not live withought!

Now, go buy a LATEX BED!! No dust mites, no Volatile compounds 100% natural from nature and will last 30 years or more!! Just ordered a Ca King 1 from a tretailer, did not even see or try !! I can return up to 365 days! Latex is th eonly bedding!!

We just bought the I8 and its awesome . We found out our sleep number at the store . Played alittle with the number and have to say its the best money spent. I would think the c model you bought know as the classic is why its not as good as the newer ones out today.
