Old video, but you get Swordslayer in Chapter 31. So,  you need Hand Axe crits with a possibly high Speed Hector to ORKO Kaim.

thanks man i just used it on chapter 13 to make a clear path for matthew to recruit guy. im not stupid and i didnt discard the killing edge, but i discarded every other weapon making it alot easier for matt to walk in without dying.
