Just too pricey but i think gh1 is better deal with body only.

i though mono would be a killer too but after researching and watching many sample, I can say that the mono sound quality almost match the stereo quality
I used o have a Canon SX1 which record in stereo, the difference is minimal, I love my GF1 !

Why on earth still mono sound... gave us GH1 body only that would be a great sell point

It seems that many people think that mono means inferior sound quality, when in fact it just means instead of two audio channels you have one.
