CLIVE JINKS RIP DEAR FRIEND

Here the compassionate and caring Clive is seen during his Central Motorway Police Group days being tasked by A/Supt Austen to go and break the shocking news to a lady that her husband along with several other motorists has been killed in an horrendous Road Traffic Collision and Junction 9 of the M6 motorway near to Walsall and Wednesbury in the late 1990's This collision claimed three lives.
I worked with you on the K-divison of the West Midlands Police, I worked with you on the Central Motorway Police Group and just before I left for Kelowna British Columbia Canada I had the pleasure of working with you at the Accident Exchange Group and I have to say that you Clive are one of the nicest people I ever met and if I could have chosen a brother it would have been you Sir.
