I'm just wondering, I live in Canada, and I've been harassed by Scientologists online and youtube hasn't gotten back to me, if I'm harassed again should I report them?

Take Investiagtor business card and note the date and time.

If you have any dox, complaints, knowledge of wrongdoings or tips for the authorities, this is a good time to contact both the FBI AND the local Police.

Be certain that you take the names of the Cops/FBI agent whom you file the complaints with, ask for business cards, write the date and the time when you filed the report on the back of the business card.

Start a papertrail and remember that the FBI will keep your complaints, tips and everything else completely confidential.

For 3 years I'd drive by their location in Gilman Springs--San Jacinto, Ca. without knowing it was their world headquarters. Ocassionally they'd have a crossing guard stop traffic on the two lane road to let the "workers" cross the street. At Golden Era Productions, as they called it, the poor kids all appeared utterly brainwashed, sleep deprived, and suffering from sheer exhaustion. It was heartbreaking to see. Take 'em down, Boris.
