So do we think the neighborhood stabilization act is really working? Did it give enough time to work with the renters why they tore up this house?.. The tenants ripped out everything,all the carpet, sinks (cant even tell where the kitchen is) the stove,cabinets,light fixtures, all the electric in the basement,shower heads and nozzles etc.. TORE IT UP!. Obama trashes house.. THESE WERE JUST TENANTS PEOPLE, why we are pro longing the eviction this is whats happening inside the homes.. comment below and let us know your opinion. emagine where tons of hundreds of homes are just sitting on the market waiting cause people outright refuse to buy them.nothing but For Sale signs as far as the eye can see.

This has nothing to do with working and not working. This has everything to do with the fact that Minnesota and other states allow tenants to trash homes without taking them to jail!

If this stuff was illegal, tenants would stop trashing homes. Some tenants trash every home they rent, because they can. If people can't afford to make their mortgage, they should not have to lose all invested. They should be able to rent w/o the fear of tenants trashing the home. The tenants should be in jail!

U really are a piece of shit u say people need to stop crying and get to work well if u dident know we are in a recession right now their is no jobs out their unless u can pull them out of your ass it is 100% the banks fault they have no problem with changing intrest rates and making life more miserable for people that had their hours at their only job cut down to 20 from 40 how to u expect to pay the mortgage when the banks keep tacking more intrest rate to your mortage payment i hope somethin

Man life changes things! All I see now are for sale signs. You can't give a house away anymore. In fact my landlord wants me to buy the house I'm renting as a steal....I'm still thinking about it?

People who do that should be prosicuted. I'm a realtor in northern MN and we have people taking axes to walls and roofs, taking all the fixtures like you had in this house, allowing the house to freeze up verses just winterizing it. Its sad and pisses me off. What a bummer. Great job showing others what deadbeats are doing to houses.
