PowerTraning Technique (Read Des 1st)

Hey i just wanted to see hwo much exp i would get, my friend said it was good.
I trained at Canfis for an hour on werewolfs and then Sped it up by 10x o.O;
I used guthans for healing and trained w.o pots with a d scim and +100 to str bonus.
