What a tea genius! I'm pretty sure I've seen this guy before...can't place where and his name...I keep thinking of Mr. Rogers for some reason and have the theme song running through my head as I'm watching the tea fall.

why would people want to know how to make tea? i think you like tea a little too much!

Three minutes is right if you're using good tea, like you are. I would do it all the same way except I would use a teapot (keeps the water hotter), would never re-brew using the same leaves, and would add milk to the cup (but that's just a taste preference).
