Hi rarebear, I know it sounds strange, but I ran into very few Kuwaitis in Kuwait, most were foreigners. I met many south asians (from indian subcontinent), filipinos, iranians, arabs from other middle east countries, but very few actual kuwaitis. I was a bit surprised.

its a desert allright, but it is a free country with friendly people ! more so than I encountered in other middle east states.
