I don't know about boxing since it is contact sport. You'll have to talk to your doctor about that. I wouldn't.

Dude I get that exact same clicking feeling don't worry. I am a pro triathlete and It's all good. No one be scared of this op. I was competeing in tri's and bike road races very very quickly after the operation. It took me a month to feel normal.

Excellent overall commentary. I empathaise with you and what your going through. I have over 360ft of wire intwined in my chest after open heart surgery awhile back.you have inspired me as i am about to undergo my second and hopefully final open heart surgery in two months time.
