In 1987 singer/songwriter John Gorka produced his first album, I Know, to critical acclaim. Rolling Stone magazine called him the preeminent male singer/songwriter of the new folk movement. In this 1995 appearance on State of the Arts, Gorka performs his classic Im From New Jersey and Good Noise. Host Amber Edwards talks with Gorka about his musical influences and the new folk movement.
