Obama isn't popular in Russia...again, 2 beats behind the music. The "Please Love Me" tour wentover like a lead zeppelin over there. The only place he's really popular is in Muslim countries and parts of W. Europe. He's even slipping in the personal polls here, while his policies are polling much lower. Nuke agreements w/Russia don't make us any safer... as I said, the threat lies elswhere. Who besides Iran wants a nuclear Iran? Chavez? Kim? No Arab countries do, that's certain.

Russia offered to build it in Russia. They supply the rods and fuel, Iran pays for the Uranium. Russia pumps back electricity. That was the deal that the Russians gave. Iran refused.

The world looked away thanks to Bush, not Obama. Obama is well loved and leaders do not want to cross a person that is more popular than them in their own country.

US is still the biggest player. But she is going to rely more and more on BRIC countries and regional powers like EU, ASEAN and AU.

You are 2 beats behind the music here. Russia offered to GIVE Iran fuel rods and build the reactors. Iran refused them. Russia doesnt represent a solution, but another failed attempt to divert Irans march to nukes. PRK can do what its doing because of Irans financing. China may "want an NK", but Kim already thumbed his nose at Them. USA has projected power militarily and politically above PRC, and USSR's ability to stop us. For a century the world has looked to us. Not anymore thanks to Obama.

Your guess of were Iran's nuclear capability orinates is incorrect. PRK engineers and designs are what you have there. Iran enrichment facilities, are carbon copies of PRKs, because they were built by PRK/Iran. PRK is Iran's "Aberdeen Proving Grounds" PRK is heavily financed by Iran and in return serves in that capacity. If you see PRK test a bomb or missile, bet it will be on a boat to Iran soon after. Russia is impervious to "Hope and Change" Obama is already trumped...a political dilettante.
