  • Only in the Philippines where it merits a momentously unintelligent exchange of reasoning on "corruption." However you mangle or twist the meaning of the word, it is still and always will be, politically, theologically, and perhaps morally impunitive. Who in the tuck comes up with these stupid ass motions. There should never be any level of tolerance when it comes to ill-gotten gains. There is nothing tolerable about acquiring wealth by way of legistalive or executive powers in any level.

  • And the with regards to prison systems all over this planet, they are primarily designed to deprive criminals of some rights and privileges, by keeping them locked up. Those thick walls, steel doors and bars were not built to house criminals for their sheer enjoyment. People don't get thrown into the slammer because they missed Sunday church. For all intents and purposes, prison systems are designed to punish and the notion that prisons in the Philippines are reformatory is clearly delusional.

  • On the issue regarding the commutation of sentences, the representative from the negative side asked and I quote " Is it justifiable for the society to be vindictive against the criminals." Of course it is. Whose side are you on stupid!!!!!! Victims of crimes are not allowed by law to impose vengeance on their aggessors. Therefore, the laying down of stiff sentences is appropriately neccessary ,leaving no wiggle room, as a clear deliverance of justice. That is the victim's vindication moron!!!

  • The point is, it is just the natural order and there is no number of legislations that would equally level the field between the predator and the prey. Try teaching a mountain lion to have a grizzly bear for its next meal . That scenario will never happen in our generational evolution. To suggest that there should be a separate law to protect a specific gender is just ludicrous. The solution is an anti-discriminatory law on domestic violence as what is good for the goose is good for the gander.

  • All the debaters featured on here are total dumb asses. Actually everyone including the judges and the moronic moderator is nothing short of a blunder. To begin with, the stupid fucking motions are fundamentally flawed. Violence"is traditionally and inherently prejudicial; that is just the way the cookie crumbles. Violence is a result of discriminatory acts, with the exception of course, of random acts. The strong has always preyed on the weak. However, we are all capable of commiting violence.
