Do you know how weak an argument is when you use no justification and address zero points? Not to mention the comment is more than a year old...

@SadegoGG terrible advice

@NidisListentoShit Learnt is the British spelling of the American word Learned. Much like, built, spilt etc.
-
@junior90210 "Learnt" isn't a word.

god all these people giving tips are annoyin. they are just trying to show that they know about weights techiques. i think it looks pretty good. bellends. we get it u u know about weightlifting, and nobody cares

Also, you should be warmed upo prior to doing olympic lifts. I would suggest warm-up-->conditioning (Quantity depending on what sport you play)-->main lifts---etc..
Also try stomping your feet and moving the bar as fast as you can

Let me give you some athletic advice..
145 is too much weight for you.
To be honest you should stick in the 102-135 range (45-60% 1 rep max) to maximize force production. I know for the narrow minded using less weight seems to be pointless, but try it for a few weeks and see how much more explosive you get.

Try stomping your feet and really whipping your elbows up.
warm up, looks like you were struggling on that last rep, what do oyu pull for a single?
