  • god all these people giving tips are annoyin. they are just trying to show that they know about weights techiques. i think it looks pretty good. bellends. we get it u u know about weightlifting, and nobody cares

  • Also, you should be warmed upo prior to doing olympic lifts. I would suggest warm-up-->conditioning (Quantity depending on what sport you play)-->main lifts---etc..

    Also try stomping your feet and moving the bar as fast as you can

  • Let me give you some athletic advice..

    145 is too much weight for you.

    To be honest you should stick in the 102-135 range (45-60% 1 rep max) to maximize force production. I know for the narrow minded using less weight seems to be pointless, but try it for a few weeks and see how much more explosive you get.

  • Try stomping your feet and really whipping your elbows up.
