My father was in Vietnam for the Tet Offensive. He told me how much Conservatives loved the veterans of Vietnam so much that Reagan cut their fucking benefits in half when he was in office. Conservatives don't give a fuck about the soldiers. The soldiers are just a means to an end. Nothing more. The soldiers are the eggs that have to be broken so the Republicans and their rich Wall Street friends can have those billion dollar omlettes they love so much.

Just because someone doesn't support the war DOES NOT mean that they don't support the troops. That's a lameass argument that diehard Conservatives try to use in order to make anyone opposed to their war seem un-American and therefore should have no say in bringing them home.
