@chipwhatup You have a short memory. When Clinton got in, this country's economy was *booming*, and continued to do so... until the Bush came, when we all went downhill because of... what was it now?.... oh yeah, starting a war because of their "weapons of mass destruction" = oil.

I almost always base my parodies on stuff people actually say. Palin did make these 'fight the status quo' comments standing next to McCain the first day he introduced her. She continues to argue we need to change 'Washington' and get 'govt' out of our lives. Do right-wingers who purport this really believe that the 'machine' is-and has been- operating outside of any Rep. control? Do they really believe 'Washington' is JUST made of liberals? Kind of a weird victim attitude, if you ask me.
