  • First of all, you are a certified brute - the fatz murder the hands and forearms, and you handle them well. I am fairly new to them, though, and I wondered how to use them, if at all, on explosive l ifts. For some reason, I worried that the fatz would make the weights likely to slip out of the hands. But i guess not - perhaps it depends on how much weight one uses.

  • @rmsolympic1 thank you. they are tough. i use for barbell cleans alot and just work up the weight i can handle even if its only 135 lbs. progressive resistance.

  • Great strength and grip. Like the idea of using the fat ropes.

  • some advice for that lopsidedness: when doing a one armed exercise, start with your left and do the same amount for the right, no more. but great workout and strong grip!

  • Great exercises. Would love to see some post workout posing to show the results.

  • great vid, thanks for posting, looks like a very good excercise

  • Thanks for sharing Joe. Looks like a pumpy workout. Love doing forearms
