@acemanfan The only barbell lifts i do nowadays are squats and ohp's, i much prefer this sort of training and usually only once a week, other days are spent working out on the bag and doing submission wrestling.
In a few weeks i'm going for 300lb on the sandbag shoulder. Cheers.
Wow, very nice job! Good effort. Let me ask - do you still do your regular barbell routine with the deadlifts and all other lifts in conjunction with the sandbag training?
