While visiting a Valvoline Instant Oil change shop in west Davenport, I observed a sign that I disagree with. I called their survey number and complained about the no guns sign in the waiting room. If you support the second amendment, tell businesses to remove these signs.

  • criminals won't obey a sign, so they'll walk in and rob (possibly shoot up) the place. The folks inside are unarmed victims. Let the responsible folks carry, and the criminals might think twice, or at least are able to be stopped. Don't rely on cops, do you have time to call 911 and wait for the cops to arrive before the place is robbed and the criminals flee?

  • I work at an oil changing shop and we have the "no guns" sign hanging up...although i do admit its against the 2nd amendmant, its mor for everyone's safety...store personel don;t know who has the permit and who doesnt and a "permit holder" could be just saying that to commit a crime...businesses look at ALL scenerios.

  • get a fu@#$ng life idiot

  • As the owner of a VIOC I allow customers to carry weapons on my property with proper permit. In fact, myself and a couple of my employees are CCW permit carriers and carry at work often.
