bugaboo bee plus + 2010 turning seat problem

I just got my new bugaboo bee plus and already there is a problem :(
The seat unit will recline with no problems at all, as soon as i try move the seat forward to reverse the seat it jams.
It will not budge. It will sometimes (as you see in the other video i have up)
I've contacted bugaboo and hopefully will hear from them soon.

even when i was only half sqeezing the lever it still wasnt moving, there was a white plastic piece that was blocking the lever behind the seat lining. All fine once that was removed :)

Hi all, apologies for the late response. We always want you to have a good experience! To solve this issue we changed the Bugaboo Bee seat end 2010. The new model is in store since January 2011 and can be recognized by 3 dots on the white backrest adjustment lock.

In our channel there's a demo video (bugaboo bee: reverse the seat and fold facing parent) to explain how to recline the backrest of the Bugaboo Bee model 2010. Of course, people who have problems can contact our service department.

burmesejack is correct, you only have to pull the white latch halfway up, not the full distance that you would to adjust the seat, and it works every time. be gentle dont struggle so much.

That's how it was designed actually. It's a safety feature so you don't accidentally close your baby in the stroller when adjusting to the 3 different positions. You have to lift 1/4 on the white lever to bring the seat back all the way foward. Hope this helps guys.

you dont have to pull the white latch all the way up. Only half the distance you pull to adjust the angle of the seat.. dont struggle too hard, its easy.

Are Bugaboo sending you and entire replacement? Or just a part?

i have kinda sorted ho i can turn it.

If i half squeeze then wiggle the back a bit it moves forward - nothing like what bugaboo made out to be,
