Every two weeks is too long to go without washing the hair.4 to 7 days is much better.

washing certain types of hair, especially fine hair that often will make it dry and brittle and break off.I recomment every 10-14 days for fine hair.

You did not deep condition her hair. It takes more than 30 minutes to properly care and roller set her hair.

The roller used is too large for her length of hair. She won't have any curls.
