  • 843? how does that happen im pretty sure all bench weight should end in a 0 or in a 5?

  • @startingover101 Most powerlifting competitions are run in kilos with kilo plates: 382.5 kilos is 843.2 lbs.

  • @InferiorThanYou Eh, I don't even really use it now. I've only done it a few times. That was just my first experience. I assume they last a few months or more?

  • @RuggerFlail lol x 10. Shit, I just use liquid ammonia and put it in a small sealed jar and bring it in a gym bag to training sessions. How long do the nose torks last? This ammonia lasts pretty much indefinite in the container I use.

  • there all just sort of looking at eachother?? no idea if he did it or not? did it count?? YEAH!!! they realize it must have counted.. YEAH!!! YEAH!!

  • @jimmcd1234 First time I used Nose Tork I inhaled wayyy too much from a fresh opened bottle, stumbled all over the gym knocking shit over, looking like a drunk moron. Couldn't see because my eyes were watering so bad and they turned blood red. Ahhh the things we do when we were rookies.

  • Bravo Roy!

  • intro to this vid makes a lot of sense

  • @startingover101 Everywhere else but in America people cound in Kilograms and they do count them in weight lifting associations to.
