The trick to this is keep BUST-ing yourself and for some reason you're treated with this hidden animation.
Typically the CPU kept giving me 21's, so it took a while.

There is also one glitch on the game which happens with a certain series of player names which share the same password algorithm. If you type in 0000000000, you will get $0 to start your game. The game will not trigger the bankrupt scene or game over, and you will end up stuck if you play BJ/Baccarat since you can't bet the minimum $1 or leave the table if you have passed the first screen showing the min/max bets. As stated above, the pinball game works even with $0 in your account.

The animation comes up whenever you lose 7 games in a row. It only works on the card games (Poker, Blackjack and Baccarat), and not the slot machine.

I always wondered why the pinball game was 'free' to play... it never even charged you $1 when you played it.
