I usually have Ultra Magnus's head facing down and between his wings on his backpack which hides it pretty well.

@TehDual the trains names were rail spike, rapid run, and midnight express and they combined into rail racer

RiD was the first series I've seen of transformers, were some great toys! But I sold them later and kinda regret it :P i also had 3 trains which could be combined, I forgot their names but they were epic!
