@VraiDiouf, Thank you for that information! Yes, I really love this music. Google Cocojams Videos Of Traditional Musical Instruments. I added your comments about these instruments under “calabash”. Also Google Jambalayah. This video & the Etran Finatawa video are included under West African music.
I love how YouTube videos & some of the comments about those videos help people around the world learn about & better appreciate so many fascinating cultures. Thank you again & best wishes!

@Azizip17 and if you are Mbororo from Niger, Nigeria, Chad, Cameroon, etc. Akayaure a bell like thing worn on the feet/legs to produce a jingling sound. like you saw in that Etran Finatawa video.

@Azizip17 I also see a Djembe drum being used (we don't have a name for that in Fulani language since it is originally a Mandé instrument) and the Sekere I believe is originally a Yoruba instrument. Most Traditional Fulani music do not involve these instrument. Fulani music usually uses Fulani flute (Sembeendu or Odiirou), One string Violin (Nyanyeeru), Calabash (Tumbuude or Azakalabo), Hand Claps, and...

@Azizip17 That is actually not a drum but a calabash which is common in Fulani music. There are two main types of Calabash used in Fula music. The Tumbuude (regular calabash) and then the Azakalabo (calabash floating on water). I am glad you like the music.

I love this music, and I also love the women's & men's clothing. I'm glad that videos like this are on YouTube because they help people learn about & develop an appreciation for African cultures & other cultures throughout the world. -an African American sista

ofcourse all people come from somewhere...fulani ppl don't come from ethiopia! fulanis went their possibly...fulanis as a distinct group started in north west & west africa then they spread east/south/north because the more you move north west & west africa the purer the language is...oh i forgot ethiopians are beautiful so everyone want to come from them that's foolish...ofcourse we have little similarities so what? all humans have similarities...
