  • @bigbluntburnin22 That's just simply untrue sir. Most people who actually don't like to tear the ligaments in their knees only go to parallel. I used to do very low squats until I found out from experience and from biomechanical analysis how much stress it puts on your ACL and everything else. I only do deep squats now with very light weights. I look forward to seeing your extra low squat video
