Here are the standard views demonstrating the complication of failed gynecomastia revision surgery performed by a New York Plastic Surgeon. Learn more details on http://plasticsurgery4u.com/revision_gynecomastia/crater_failed_revision_new_...
The extent of the deformity, just how badly tissues moves are well demonstrated by video and well hidden by still pictures. When too much fat is removed and the skin sticks to the underlying muscle, the deformity during normal activities becomes a constant emotional burden. I never operated on this patient. He had one surgery done in New Jersey, and his revision in NY. I saw the patient after each operation when he returned for my help. I was not able to offer any revision the second time, all of the resources that were there after the first surgery were destroyed by the second surgeon.
@mrmag1cc Why persist in a dialogue here when I have given you a better place to discuss such issues? If you had used the forum and I would have been able to post a link on how to pick a gynecomastia surgeon. Oh well....

@DrBermant That is true. Thanks for the quick response. However, surgeons here might not be as experienced as in the usa. I live in a much smaller country(netherlands) so I hope they have the same 'skills' as the surgeons in the usa.

@mrmag1cc each to his own. Some men actually like living with breasts. The person who came to me opinion is part of the documentation. Use the link by the description to find our forum to more thoroughly discuss such issues.

@David76it Removing all the fat can look OK for those who want to look good when at rest. The problem is that the body also needs to look good when flexing muscles & moving. There needs a small amount of fat between the skin & muscle for movement. Missing that tissue, the skin sticks to the muscle creating this disaster. If you go to the description by the movie, there is a link to our forum to better discuss such issues. Here, youtube does not let us use links to demonstrate issues.

@KravaLLT However, if a surgeon strives to make something look good more than just for still photos and arms at sides, then we are talking about a result looking natural while living life. Each to his / her own opinion.
While the chest no longer has a female contour, it is still a disfigured unnatural appearance that embarrassed that individual. The scars attract the eye in their movement and ruin the beauty of muscles flexing. The best surgery looks natural.

@David76it if a man would remove "all" fat/gland over pectoral musche so that it is possible see musche definition ?
it is not possible use superficial liposuction to leave minimal fat (3/5 mm max) under skin ?
i dont undestand why in abdominal region is possible remover "all fat" over musche leave only same mm and why not in pectoral area ?
thank

@David76it part 3 The areola are in a natural position, higher would look terrible. I have examples of that on my website for areola positioning. If you have examples that demonstrate good results not hiding the remaining problems by only showing limited views, post them in our forum. Do not buy a used car unless you walk all the way around and see how it works. The same should go for "proof" of a surgical technique.

@David76it part2: My fat flaps would have addressed the smaller hole before the last surgeon made that mess. There are many examples on my site how living adjacent fat looks good on animation in the hands of a good sculptor. I have seen so many patients unhappy after fat grafting that might look good only on a still photo. The problem is that we do not live our lives with our hands at our sides not moving.
