This is very believable and judging by all that has happened in such a short period of time with the weather and disasterous events along with all the damned chemtrails everywhere,undeniable!!!If there is any time that we should be worried about weather manipulation then why not now with the technology that most do not even have a clue about?If people can believe in aliens then why not this ?I think power hungry madmen have more to gain than aliens which probably live in a far better place!!!

Interesting interview. I should keep it to myself; however, I always thought HAARP Sound Waves were sent through the ground with very long copper coils & are received into copper mineral deposits or water to transfer the sound waves throughout the earth. When a sound wave travels through the air it will be absorbed by the mountain range & thus become to weak to use, but when it travels through the earth it travels very quick through metal conductors such as mineral deposits. Excellent video.

Wheeping willow, I agree that Alex jones is a very conspicuous source, but instead of attacking his credibility we should be trying to disprove the science that this doctor has put forward. I will be doing some research on this topic to see if the information provided by this doctor can be corroborated. It's always better to have an informed opinion rather than a personal one!!!

I don't trust anything from alex jones, he's just another puppet and since this guy chose to supposedly (reveal) haarp to the public his credibility/motive is suspect, as his portral to its use for good verses evil. I think this is simply to appease those who've reported it on yt Curious to know how long it took him to learn his script.
