2. Do you want to pulse at what you assume to be your maximum weight transfer rate? For example, if the song is something like 60bpm and I want the follow to lag minimally, would I want to be pulsing at 120bpm to pull off a quick-quick weight transfer? Otherwise, if we are pulsing at 60bpm, and I decide to weight transfer twice during one pulse, wouldn't one of the follow's weight transfers have to occur mid-pulse, when the follow is split weight and not able to anticipate it?

Really enjoyed the video and am studying it for insight.
If you have the time though, I had a couple questions concerning the pulse:
1. When you are "lifting the bowling balls", does your core go no higher than the height at ready/starting (split weight?) position or is the ready position a mean with the peak of the "lift" being greater? I am trying to figure out which joint/joints are predominantly bending to create the "settle into the ground".
