@TheSantaKruz I know. Our media blows everything out of proportion. I'm American, and I know lots about Japan because it's a fascinating country and I plan to go there. The monkey is worshipped in Japan.

This commercial is not fucking racist. The Japanese have used that exact monkey in many commercials and that monkey species has been in Japan's cultural symbolism for over a thousand years, because that species is from their country. CNN made it look like a racist commercial because of what western people associate with the racial issues regarding black people as monkeys. You Americans honestly know nothing of Japan, this commercial was in no way racist, not even fucking close.
