It's obvious they didn't have the story yet, but am I the only one who would love to play through this original concept of the game.

There's now way that was rendered real time, that was too realistic.
But at least we know why Apple didn't buy them, because Steve Jobs hates violence. But more importantly, he hates games.

@datooie actually, Microsoft first intended to buy halo just for the xbox, but according to Tuncer Deniz, A producer from Bungie, Bungie wanted to sell the company, after being turned down by Steve Jobs. Eventually Microsoft bought Bungie.
