this guitar lesson is done while the kids pissed and drugged , or maybe his teacher is a hendrix fan who has blown his fucking mind out.

Good job for your presumed age and experience. And a good effort. This is not an easy song to master, and it's nice of you to share it. You've heard about the need to reduce background noise. Next time, practice it with the record or a metronome so you know you have it dead-on in timing and maybe ask for other guitarists their opinions of it, too. This kind of dialogue with other players will help you grow. One of the best ways to grow as a guitarist is to seek out guitarists that are better.
