Student Visa Fraud - Syrian, Turkish Illegal Aliens

Lydia Menocal and Ofelia Macia helped 600 illegal aliens get fraudulent student visas. They've been indicted. The students, who enrolled in their Florida Language Institute never showed up for class, and merely enrolled to gain entry into the U.S. and disappear.
