A Dream Come True: A JB Love Story Ch. 9

Busy again, ugh. Anyway last time on a dream come true Laura and Tyler had a reunion in the park and Joe and Sami went on a date.

Joe: Oh speaking of Laura...
Sami: Yes?
Joe: Do you know if something is going on between her and Tyler?
Sami: Tyler? Who's- Oh, Tyler.
Joe: Yeah, she said that Tyler was her ex boyfriend.
Sami: Yeah he is. But she never told us that she saw Tyler. Oh this isn't good.
Joe: What do you mean?
Sami: She was keeping it from me, and that's not good.
Joe: Yeah, look I'm sorry I brought it up.
Sami: Nah, it's okay. (Moving closer to him) So... What do you wanna talk about now?
Joe: (leaning in to kiss her) How about this...
Sami: (hits his shoulder and pulls away quickly) Tag! You're it! (Gets up and runs away)
Joe: Oh, now you're gonna get it! (Runs after her)
Sami: Yeah! If you can catch me!
Joe: Oh that won't be a problem. (Runs up to her, wraps his arms around her waist and spins her around)
Sami: Joe! Stop I'm getting dizzy!
Joe: Oh, I'm sorry. (Puts her down)
Sami: Just kidding! (Laughs and runs away)
Joe: (playfully tackles her to the ground) So where's my prize.
Sami: Prize?
Joe: Yeah, for catching you.
Sami: (smiles) Oh, that prize (goes in for a kiss when her cell phone starts to ring)
Joe: Not again!
Sami: It's Kevin, one second.
Joe: Kevin? What does he want? He knows we're on a date.
Sami: (Hangs up the phone) Oh my god! Joe we have to go!
Joe: What!? But we just got here!
Sami: Yeah, I know but we really have to go. (Runs off towards the car) Come on!
Joe: (Running to the car) What's going on!?

*WITH EVERYONE ELSE*
(Lisa is pacing and Nick and Kevin are trying to calm down Laura who is crying her eyes out.)
Lisa: Ugh! Where are they! (Just then Sami and Joe come flying through the doors of the hospital) Oh thank god! (She runs up and hugs them)
Sami: Where's Laura (Lisa points to her and Sami runs to Laura and hugs her really tight)
Joe: Will someone please tell me what happened?
Nick: Their grandmother had a heart attack. (keep in mind that Laura and Sami are cousins)
Joe: (looks down) Oh. (sits next to Nick)
Doctor: (comes out of the room) Are you here for Mrs. Andrews? (their grandmother)
Kevin: Yes, we are. Is everything okay?
Doctor: We don't know yet. We ran some tests and we have to check up on her later.
Kevin: Okay, thank you. (He turns around and sees Laura and Sami hugging and crying) Hey guys they are going to check on her later, do you want to go to the cafeteria and get some food?
Lisa and Nick: (at the same time) I'm not hungry. (They looked at each other)
Joe: Okaaayy... Well we're leaving. (Laura has her head on Kevin's shoulder and Joe has his arm around Sami as they walk to the cafeteria)
(Lisa and Nick awkwardly sit in the waiting room with one empty chair between them)
Nick: I feel really bad for Laura and Sami...
Lisa: Yeah...
Nick: So-
Lisa: I'm gonna go to the bathroom. (She walks away)
Nick: Ugh. (He puts his face into his hands)

*WITH LISA*
Lisa: (walking down the hall and thinking to herself) I should go see Laura and Sami. (she uses the elevator and walks to the cafeteria. She sees Laura, Kevin, Sami and Joe and sits with them) Hey.
Kevin: Hey, where's Nick?
Lisa: Oh, he's-
Nick: Right here.
Lisa: Nick?
Nick: So, what did you get lost or something? (Lisa just looks down at the table) Anyway, I just wanted to tell you guys that the doctor went back in the room a couple seconds ago.
Sami: Thanks Nick. Let's go. (They go back upstairs and see Sami's parents in the waiting room) Mom! Dad! (She runs up and hugs them)
Dad: Have you heard anything yet?
Sami: No, not yet...
Doctor: (walks out of the room) Hey. Everything will be fine, we just have to do open heart surgery.
Sami: You call that fine! If she were fine you wouldn't have to be doing surgery!
Mom: (grabs Sami's shoulders) Honey, calm down it's okay.
Dad: Yeah thanks doc. It's late we all should be getting home. We can come back tomorrow.
Laura: Okay... (The boys go home and so do the girls and Sami's parents)

So that chapter was a little shorter than usual but whatever. So, that's so sad what happened to the grandmother.. THE JONAS BROTHERS THIRD ALBUM A LITTLE BIT LONGER JUST CAME OUT!! How many of you guys already bought it!? I couldn't buy it but I definitely will! Thanks for reading. And I'm sorry that I have been so busy lately..
