Hello.
You must install RealVNC (or another VNC client) on your computer, and PalmVNC on your Tungsten.
Use RealVNC to create VNC server and PalmVNC to connect.

Bluetooth, but this is network program, if you have WiFi in your Palm, use WiFi in the McDonald to control your PC :)

Not necessarily. I use bluetooth and Softick PPP to connect to Internet. Afterwards I enter my local IP to PalmVNC and connect to computer.
