i think you're on the right track with that, but the outline you made doesnt work. a bird wouldn't turn its head like that. i'm thinking this is a back view, not a front view.

I revised the outline of the bird after I had a friend "analyze" the video. I did not post it as I didn't see a need. The bird is actually "not looking to the side"...but is looking forward and up...what I initially thought was a beak and head turn side ways is actually the shoulder area and the a few of the tail feathers. I appreciate the comment. Regards.
