arlene sullivan and kenny rossi were sooo cute togeather! they were voted one of america's favorite young couples. if u ever seen pictures of them during the time they were on bandstand u wud kno wat im tlking about=-)

I loved Bandstand. I watched it every day. I was invited to a party here in Santa Monica, Ca and I met Pat Moliteri. What a thrill that was. We danced and did the jitterbug. I was about 13 and she 17. What a shame she passed away so young. I ended up dancing on the Wink Martindale Show, which was in Hollywood. It was the Bandstand of Ca.

Bandstand was cool!!! I was on the show in 1969 (OMG !) wish I knew they were taping 4 shows that day...That was me the guy wearing the same brown suit 4 weeks in a row - Laffin' - Thanks Monica fpr taking me . And Donna too, my spotlight dance partner in '71

it's so fun to see them after all these years. Arlene & Kenny were my favorites. I don't even recognize Kenny here, he looks so different. Wish we hear more from them.

I was too young to actually dance on Bandstand, but a friend of the family (Jack Steck) worked at the station and I got to do "Back to school" commercials for their radio spots! So, I got to walk by Kenny, Arlene, Bob, Justine, Bunny, Franny... I was in heaven! Then I'd have to walk by the studio set. I always would run up to see what the top 10 list would say... and yes... fun of all fun.... I'd run up to the podium and pretend to be Dick Clark and announce a song or two. WHAT FUN!

i LOVED THIS VIDEO !! aMERICAN bANDSTAND WAS ONE OF MY FAVORITE SHOWS OF ALL TIME. iT WAS GREAT TO SEE AND HEAR FROM 2 OF THE MOST POPULAR COUPLES ON THAT SHOW. IF ANYONE HAS OTHER OLD CLIPS OF THIS SHOW, I'D LOVE TO SEE THEM.AWESOME!!
