how can i make my device the main one so my music is in library.. when i plug my device in it shows up under device category and then when i unplug it ... its gone

@MMTPproductionz well, the device only stays in devices category when it is plugged in so you can sync files. sorry but I don't know what you mean by this "how can i make my device the main one so my music is in library"

@IdeaGamez sorry let my explain better......okay so right when you open itunes you can click on music and their are all your songs... well me and my sister share itunes so all her music is already in the music section of the library category even when her ipod is not plugged in... So my case is that when i plug my ipod in, it pops up under the device category but when i unplug it goes away... is there a way to just make my music on the main library category and not my sisters?

@MMTPproductionz right ok, I think I know what you are looking for :D basicly you what two library's for your music and your sisters and this can be by creating another windows/mac user account on the computer or you could create another library for itunes by holding the shift or option when opening iTunes.
