My sister works for NASA and no...I'm not lying.She works in the "Payload Division".And yup,our family is proud of her.
Gives me goosebumps watching shuttle launches knowing of her involvement.

They say different things on different launches. Depending on the particular missions, credit is given to nations around the world.
As an American, I feel special pride of the fact that we launch from Florida with Shuttles/orbiters that we made here. But yes, credit is due (and given) to all contributing nations. The ISS, one the other hand, belongs to all.
