In this session he is doing Deadlift (50kg 2 reps, 55kg 1 rep), Swing (10 per Arm with 20kg KB, 20 per Arm with 16kg KB, and playing around with 12kg KB) and One Arm Jerk (5 reps per Arm with 8kg KB. In the video you can see Head Coach Gregor Sobocan, who looks very satisfied with his youngest student.
