Fluttr Effect "Lucky Glove" Live at Pan 9 (2005) (A Tribute)

This is a very rare performance by an esoteric rock band from Boston called, 'Fluttr Effect'. They performed a rare show in Allston, Massachusetts on October 8, 2005 at the former artist space known as Pan 9. Pan 9 was a loft space run by Boston area artists and musicians who held monthly events that featured exclusive live onstage performance art, live bands, comedy shows, poetry recitals or "spoken word", and short film screenings. On December 29, 2006, just one year and two months after this Fluttr Effect show and two days just before New Year's Eve, a large part of the Pan 9 loft space was mysteriously caught on fire in the middle of the night and destroyed while squatter residents were in their sleep, awakening everyone to the incident. One of the squatter residents of Pan 9 suffered a major 3rd degree foot burn injury as a result of the fire, when he was dumb enough to actually walk into the burning room and step barefoot on a large piece of melting glass. He was immediately rushed to the hospital. Less than a year later, in late 2007, Fluttr Effect lead singer, Kara Trott, was fired from the band after having been with them for four years. The following year, on July 21, 2008, a former resident of Pan 9, a musician, and a long time friend of the local Boston music/art scene, was killed by an accidental death. This video is dedicated to him in his loving memory and to remember the loft space as it once was.
