@centaurfitness Thanks mate. I just cant seem to get enough of kettlebells. Gone from Fat to Fit. Loads of vids, I try and make it fun. there are some embarassing vids on here .. haha. Worked with the 44kg bell " BORIS " tonight at my class. Thats tough. Especially with a couple of dodgy shoulders ..:-)

@FATtoFITvideos Thanks very much bro! I seen the video where you did the RKC snatch test with a 28kg bell, I did that too, but your time was better than mine. I also seen you do the snatch test with the 24 doing 50/50 non-stop, very impressive!!

Hi very impressive display of shoulder strength. How high are the benches? sorry for the geeky question I just wanted to know so I know how high to make some parallettes. Cheers.

@mada9898 Thanks for the kind words mate. The benches are 15inches high exactly, I have very long arms though.
