  • The BEST outro ever! Sad, that other games of TW series do not have such great intros/outros. And not only that. They lack the spirit of the era, attention to detail. Ex, the shogun's room was AWESOME, why something like that is not created in other games. Like in RTW, there could have been a consuls palace and when you crush the Senate, you move to the Emperor's palace of smth. It is just a detail, but it would increase the feeling of your raising power...

  • I wish this background music can be uploaded.

  • @CptKenChen It took a long time for me to realize this but... the outro music is the original basis for "Bird of Time"!

  • @augusta005 I no rite? WHAT A TWEEEST

  • Oh no... I was REALLY shocked when I heard about killing foreigners and Christians...

  • No other Total War game has accomplished what Shogun I accomplished, which was complete and utter immersion. Even with sprite armies and risk campaign maps, I felt as if I was really immersed in Feudal Japanese culture and war. The attention to detail, quality, historical accuracy, and so much more made it one of the greatest games I've ever played. A shame Shogun II came no where close to its predecessor's accomplishment.

  • I played both. I liked both. But this ending really does make you feel like you accomplished alot. I felt this way when I beat the game back in the day, and I feel it now watching it on youtube. Both are great, but this ending nudges out the other by just a little bit.

  • Pure poetry.

  • this is one of my favorite game ending cinematics ever. You just get an overwhelming feeling of accomplishment like you really united Japan and ended the civil war. Few games have emersed the playing in their role like this one did.

  • To this day, there memory is honored. And there courage, there shrewdness and there skill in battle are ALL legend.

  • @ToiYeuDatNuocCuaMinh Don't have the guts to, no

  • @kirby28645 well theres some Japanese that are Not happy & think they are westernized now. simple Fact is the Japanese are Rockers & Free living people who choose what they want in Life. NO they won't forget their tradition.

they are just modern people with a strong sense of their Heritage.
