I appreciate that comics perfect material and then re-tell it on Kimmel, Conan, Letterman then for Ferguson. But Artie had done this same material on Letterman just 2 years previous to this interview. Now that can't be a good sign.

Artie Lange is very funny and obviously highly intelligent, looks like a really nice guy too - why do people feel the need to focus on his shortcomings? - because they are lacking in wit and creativity and all they can do is repeat his jokes back to him- you can't understand self-deprecatory humour unless you can laugh at yourself - most people in america are too self absorbed and uneducated to do this.
GO ARTIE - you are a breath of fresh air!
