I've been looking at that gun before and it is very interesting looking! Size wise, how would you compare it to a Glock(17/18)?

@TheRBAirsoft The R.45 is slightly smaller than the Glocks. This is my friends pistol but I found that when holding it my little finger slid off the bottom of the handgrip. However, that's just me. I've personally been looking at the TM 18c and hope to get it around Christmas. Never the less, the R.45 is a great Skirmish pistol :)

'real thing actually fires a 5mm round'

It shoots the 45 acp (11.4mm ish), which is over twice the size of a 5mm round silly bean :]

Also your friend might find useful that you can actually use normal full sized TM 1911 magazines, as well as the extended magazines

Nice. I play CQB alot and 12 rounds is not enough :D. Once I went through 2 high caps in an hour of CQB :L
