Thanks for the comments everyone! I'm really suprised that this is up to 817 views, it was 125 last time I looked! @RETETS, it may well be a few milliseconds out, I moved the start of the interlude further in to the its self, meaning that I effectively had 3 different tracks which all needed to coincide art the same point (if that makes sense) and keeping on moving 2 of them by 1-2 miliseconds each in GoldWave got tedious after a few hours, so this is what I stuck with!

The interlude comes in a bit early (with a few milisecs:P),but anyway good rework of this great classic tune!
