This is, I believe, a pretty accurate version of Sara Bareilles' "Love Song" for acoustic guitar.
The song is in the key of F, but to use "open" chords, I had to tune the guitar down one whole step (DGCFAD). Thus, for example, the opening chord - Gm - becomes an "open" Am; the Bbsus2 chord becomes an "open" C9; the Dm chord becomes an "open" Em, etc. etc.
That strange transition chord at the end of the progression is D7/F# (a D7 with an F# root). Or in this case, because of the tuning, it's E7/G#. The middle finger is on string 6 fret 4, the 5 and 4 strings are muted, the ring finger is on string 3 fret 4, the index finger is on string 2 fret 3, and string 1 is open...

Man!!! .. best acoustic version of that song yet. Tabs dude errrr...actually the chords will do. You're hands too big i can't see what you're you're using.
